If the mistake was on your end (wrong spelling, wrong name, wrong text entered at checkout), we can still fix it — a $5.00–$20.00 correction fee (plus two-way shipping) applies, depending on complexity.

We partner with reputable blank apparel manufacturers, and every step — digitizing, embroidery, and packaging — is proudly done in-house at our facility in Angier, North Carolina, not outsourced overseas.

Can you embroider any logo or photo I send you?

Our shirts run true to US sizing. We use premium pre-shrunk cotton blends, so you won't have to worry about dramatic shrinkage distorting the embroidery after the first wash. Check our Size Guide before ordering to get it right the first time.
How do I wash an embroidered shirt?
To keep embroidery looking crisp for years:
- Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the embroidery — iron on the reverse side if needed
