For standard placements (center chest, left/right chest, biceps) we typically keep designs up to approximately 4″ × 4″ for comfort and quality. Because custom products are made specifically for you after proof approval, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error made on our end (e.g. wrong text stitched, damaged garment).
