Refund policy

At MHfulfill, all products are made to order and customized based on your specifications. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The embroidery contains a significant error (e.g. incorrect design, spelling mistake)
- The product received does not match the approved design
To request a return or replacement:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong address, wrong customization details)
- Orders that match the approved design
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling after delivery
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- Once production has started or a design proof has been approved, cancellations are no longer accepted
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Items that are defective or incorrectly produced
- Orders lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)
- Orders canceled within 24 hours (before production begins)
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
