These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mhfulfill.com, operated by MH Embroidery & Print, LLC, doing business as MHfulfill ("MHfulfill," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply strictly to users and orders within the United States. By placing an order or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on our Site. Our Site is not directed to children under 13.
2. Order Acceptance & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or intellectual property concerns (see Section 5). Prices are listed in U.S. dollars ($) and are subject to change without notice; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order.
3. Design Proof Approval
For all custom embroidery orders, a design proof will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, generally within 24 hours. Production begins only after you approve the proof. Once approved, the order is considered final and cannot be modified. Please review your proof carefully, including spelling, sizing (see our Size Guide), colors, and placement.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun, by emailing support@mhfulfill.com. After 24 hours or once production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.
5. Customer-Submitted Designs & Intellectual Property
By submitting a design, image, text, or other content for embroidery ("Customer Content"), you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and reproduce the Customer Content;
- The Customer Content does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary right; and
- You will indemnify and hold MHfulfill harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your Customer Content.
MHfulfill reserves the right to refuse to produce, and to cancel with a full refund, any order that it reasonably believes infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines, rates, and domestic U.S. destinations are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You can track a placed order using the tracking link emailed to you after dispatch.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MHfulfill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
