Made a typo when ordering?
If the mistake was on your end (wrong spelling, wrong name, wrong text entered at checkout), we can still fix it — a $5.00–$20.00 correction fee (plus two-way shipping) applies, depending on complexity.

No — you only pay the setup fee once per design. Once we digitize your photo or logo, that file is saved and applied to all shirts in your order at no extra charge. There's also no minimum order requirement.
Are your shirts ethically sourced?
We partner with reputable blank apparel manufacturers, and every step — digitizing, embroidery, and packaging — is proudly done in-house at our facility in Angier, North Carolina, not outsourced overseas.

Can you embroider any logo or photo I send you?
Yes, absolutely! We specialize in turning family photos, pet portraits, and custom logos into beautiful embroidery. Here's what we need from your file:
- Minimum size: 400 × 400 px (some products require 1000 × 1000 px)
- Recommended: 800 × 800 px or higher
- Accepted formats: GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, EPS, AI, CDR
Will I see a proof before you start stitching?
Yes, 100%. Our designers digitize your image into a precise stitch file, and we always send you a digital proof for your approval within 24 hours of your order — before any machine starts stitching, guaranteed.

Sizing & Care
Q: Do the shirts run true to size, or will they shrink?
Our shirts run true to US sizing. We use premium pre-shrunk cotton blends, so you won't have to worry about dramatic shrinkage distorting the embroidery after the first wash. Check our Size Guide before ordering to get it right the first time.
How do I wash an embroidered shirt?
To keep embroidery looking crisp for years:
- Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the embroidery — iron on the reverse side if needed

What is your return policy?
Because every item is 100% custom-made from your personal photos and logos, we cannot accept returns for a simple change of mind.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll send a free replacement or refund.
